we had to go off grid for a time, time and half a time as we thought we had been outed.
fortunately it was a false alarm, but it was a stressful time.
i asked for my original diary thread to be deleted in case there could be anything on there to identlfy mrs smith and i. i am always very careful when posting, and am sure there was nothing on there, but felt it best to have it removed in order to be as cautious as a dove.

it was last year at easter time that i had a big insight that still looms large with me.
my elderly mother was living with me and she had been suffering from dementia.
i was taken aback why this one elder would come over once a month to try to get my mom to come up with 15 minutes of fs.

we have been researching our ancestry and so far on my father's side we have located the family land in wales in a little village called machynileth just off the coast of cardigan bay and our search dates to 1749. someday my son and i will visit our family-tree homesteads in europe.. legends develop in anyone's family and one of the curious legends was of an american native tribe called the mantan who lived near the ohio valley and wisconsin and later moved east to the dakotas.
what was interesting about the story of these peoples is that they were blue-eyed and some green-eyed with lighter skin and it was thought early on by anthropologists that some of their words were welsh.
it turns out they were not descendents of welsh explorers but they may have been the result of earlier encounters with europeans.

Im from South Wales, land of Song, Myth, and Castles......you wont be disappointed if you visit. The language is very lyrical but hard to pronounce, my English husband says just pretend you have a swollen tongue and a fur ball in your throat and your half way there!
Mach as its known locally, was the seat of Owain Glyndwrs Welsh Parliment in 1404, and is known as the ancient capital of Wales. Fascinating history there.
Ive welcomed others from JWN before to my humble cottage, and you would be most welcome for a hearty meal and some fine beer should you ever make it.

a trusted source informs me that the "new light" about the faithful slave is to make its first printed appearance in the july 15th watchtower, which should be available for download online three weeks from now, on around april 15th.. i'm led to believe that the references to the new understanding are made in such a manner as to suggest the "new light" isn't that new at all, which suggests to me that little or no effort is being made to explain the doctrinal connotations.
my source and i are hoping to get a key paragraph posted at the earliest opportunity.

i recieved this email from an active witness regarding "hate crimes" against members of the congregation he/she attends.
it is interesting as to how the elders are dealing with it.. .
for some time our hall has been suffering minor vandalism.
The word Police sends shivers down any elders spine.......Witness My Fury hit the nail on the I think.
hey i have come to love some of the discussions on here and the information.
i am currently awake and have no plans to fade, in my case i am patient enough to in time become an elder to at least help the younger friends here in my area, in the sense of helping them wake up/if elder have their back..
